All standard lockers at ground or eye level — no stairs.
A limited number of upper-level lockers are available at special discounted rates and are accessed using our provided rolling steps. Ask us about availability.
Subterranean Cellar
Below ground, by design.
Our facility is purpose-built underground — not a retrofitted warehouse. The earth itself helps reduce temperature volatility, light exposure, and certain operational risks, offering a more stable environment than typical above-grade retail or warehouse space.

Managed Valet & Wine Concierge Storage.
For collectors who want secure, professional wine storage without visiting the facility each time they add or retrieve bottles. We store your wine in our climate-controlled cellar and manage the movement of cases in and out of storage on your behalf.
Intake by appointment
We receive, move, unpack, organize, and inventory your collection — depending on the level of service needed. Intake and handling are billed hourly based on the size and complexity of the collection.
Delivery via The Wine Box van
We deliver wine directly to your home with at least 48 business hours' notice.
Concierge services
Billed at $80/hour — including delivery, inventory work, moving, packing, organizing, and other hands-on services.
Climate-controlled cellar
All managed wine lives in the same purpose-built subterranean facility as our locker collections.
